November 15th, 2007The Lost Podcast with Jay and Jack: is done twice a week. There is a show the morning after a new episode on Thursday. The next show is on Mondays.
There are two different feed to subscribe to.
The Lost Podcast with Jay and Jack “Super Deluxe” (AAC): This feed is the enhanced version of our show. The audio quality is far superior to the mp3 feed. It has chapters for your listening pleasure, and there are screen caps and other images related to LOST for your Viewing pleasure. This feed is the whole package

The Lost Podcast with Jay and Jack “Classic” (MP3): This is the original MP3 feed for the show. The audio quality is low, but this makes speedy downloads for those on dialup/slow connections. Plus MP3’s are more compatible.
