On the first document revealed on the Hanso site, Alvar Hanso and Co. are being threatened by the “Surgeon General” GlobalHealthConsortium.
However the next document is a sort of retraction. But this time it was sent by “ACTING General” Peter Thompson. DUN, Dun, dun… the same on that’s on the board of directors as the Hanso Foundation. Maybe that’s what the red type meant by “the Hanso Foundation, setting world speed records for subverting authority.” Meaning that Hanso and Co do a hostile take-over of companies or organizations that oppose them. Does that make sense? it’s 3 am and I’ve been up for 20 hours now… anyways *ding*.

When I was looking at the map from the blast door a few weeks back…I remember that there were a few references to “RV” stations.
From the HansoCorportation telephone system recordings you played…they make reference to “Remote Viewing” …which might be the “RV” acronym…

I called the Hanso Organization number a few minutes ago and selected Option 1, Information about Hanso. Some weird music pops on and then someone speaking very quickly in what I am assuming is Danish. Half way through the Danish you hear the person say the name “Geronimo Jackson.” Hopefully someone Danish will translate this for us. There was a 10 second Sprite commercial in there too.
I have yet to listen to your full podcast. Saving that for the commute home. Can’t wait to hear what you guys have to say.

Just as a side note to say how the producers have us so fixated on the numbers, didja notice the police cars during (I think) the first AL flashback? the numbers on top of the police cars. (sorry, I wached it after I got home from work, around 3AM and i dont remember the exact numbers, but they were some of “the numbers”) well, sorry, I know this is a lame post : )

ok, last one,I swear (until the next one). I dont think Libby really died. At least I hope not for Hurley’s sake, but I think AL is gone.
What’s the significance of 3:51? Or is that when you guys tape the podcast? π
If you look at the ceiling directly in front of Locke’s nose, you’ll see what kind of looks like a ?. As for Libby being dead, I don’t think so. They were setting up her character for something, and if they kill her now that story can’t be resolved.
Who were the two “Others” that Ana killed? I only remember Goodwin. Great podcast!

I sat there on the couch with my nightstick and handcuffs (because it was an Ana-Lucia episode) and after seeing the ending – my hands shhok so much I actually spashed some of my Gin and Diet Coke all over myself and didn’t realize it until INVASION came on and brought me crashing rigt back down.

One comment: I was surprised that you guys (and everyone else, to judge from what I’ve seen on the various Lost websites) didn’t put two and two together in one key scene. That bar that Jack’s Dad goes into just after Sawyer (somehow) bumps into the car door is the place where Sawyer and Christian Shephard have a long chat (in an earlier flashback, the one where Sawyer implies that he has met the old drunk’s son).
Michael killing AL and shooting Libby could send this show in a bunch of different directions. Suddenly Charlie isn’t looking that bad…

uhhhhh-mazing episode! i too was in shock after the shooting incident. ok we knew someone was going to die but the kicker was that two died in one ep. so much for libby. thought there would be more to her especially with the all speculating about her either being an other or dharma dude.

I don’t think Libby is dead. I think what will happen is that she will be unconscious for the immediate time and not be able to say what happened. I think “Henry Gale” will be given the gun by Michael. He will also allow Henry to “escape” to either find and kill Sawyer or to warn the “others”. The kicker will be that when Libby wakes up she will say that Henry shot everyone revealing that she is indeed an “other”. Love the podcast and keep up the good work!
I went to see mission impossible 3 in the cinema and there were lots of lost references in the movie. Obvious ones being Tom cruise playing a guy named Ethan. There was a scene like in “all the best cowboys have daddy issu
es” with slow music and someone trying to revive someone by beating on their chest. Also tom cruise got a postcard in the movie which was addressed to mr.kelvin.
I didnt see this but i heard that at the end of the credits it says “thanks to the hansofoundation” or something like that
